Experimental data on accelerated aging life at a temperature of 350 degrees for project reference:
1 Using Poly (arylene ether) copolymer  (A) insulation scheme, conduct static life baking test at 350 ℃ for 4000 hours, and limit test at 450 ℃ for 2 hours (actual duration is about 8 hours). Other customers conducted static baking tests at 290 ℃ for 15000 hours
2 Using Poly (arylene ether) copolymer (B) insulation scheme, conduct static baking test at 350 ℃ for 500 hours, and limit test at 450 ℃ for 2 hours

 

Key Properties

Abrasion Resistance –  Poly (arylene ether) copolymer  imparts superior abrasion resistance to the wire it is covering. Both Poly (arylene ether) copolymer   insulated wire and PESK wire Poly (arylene ether) copolymer  can endure rugged environments allowing the covered wire to remain protected and to continue to function at a high level.
Chemical Resistance – Poly (arylene ether) copolymer  polymer is well-characterized for its broad chemical resistance spectrum protecting your wiring from corrosion and extending its work life.
Dielectric Strength – With its excellent dielectric strength, Poly (arylene ether) copolymer wire minimizes the motor’s susceptibility to outside electrical interference.
 
Poly (arylene ether) copolymer insulated enameled wire
Among them: Poly (arylene ether) copolymer  (B), with an application temperature range of 250-300 degrees Celsius, can reach 450 degrees Celsius in a short time (2 hours).
Poly (arylene ether) copolymer (B) are suitable for both military and civilian use due to their excellent cost-effectiveness.
Poly (arylene ether) copolymer (A) can be applied within a temperature range of 300-350 degrees Celsius and can reach up to 450 degrees Celsius in a short period of time (8 hours).
Poly (arylene ether) copolymer  (B) are suitable for military use due to their highest performance and high price.
Conductor diameter range: 0.10-10.02 mm (selected according to the wire gauge table)
Conductor materials: pure copper, silver plated copper, pure silver, and others
